Booking Initials

Booking Initials are unique short codes assigned to users (agents or staff) within the system. These initials are automatically associated with any booking created by that user.

They serve the following purposes:

1. Identification: Indicate who created a booking
2. Tracking: Enable easy monitoring of user activity
3. Organisation: Standardise booking references across the system
4. Reporting: Support accurate user-based reporting and accountability.
