In the Activities section, add Row to add a new activity

Fill in the details:

1. Activity; Type of service (e.g. Service Charge, Tour, Transfer)
2. Service type

• PVT = Private
• SIC = Shared

3. Supplier; Company providing the service
4. Date; When the activity/service will take place
5. Pickup Time From the place of activity
6. Pickup Time To the place of the activity
7. Passenger Details:

• Adult; Number of adults
• Children; Number of children
• Infant; Number of infants

3. Pricing:

• Selling ; Amount charged to customer
• Cost ; Amount paid to supplier
• Actual cost; the actual cost incurred
