Troubleshooting 

Employee defaults not applying in POS

Check:

  1. PH Settings was saved.
  2. Employee row in Employee Default Commission is Active.
  3. In modal, split mode is Per attendant percentage/value.

Pay total looks lower than expected

Confirm tips were entered in attendant rows and assignment was confirmed.
Amount Payable should include tips.

Tips Payable account error

Create Tips Payable under Current Liabilities (non-group) and try again.
