| Weight appears as zero or very small | Label may be damaged or the item was barely on the scale | Ask the customer to re-weigh — the scale will print a fresh label |
| "Invalid barcode" message | The label is crumpled, torn, or was not read cleanly | Re-scan or reprint the label at the scale |
| Price is incorrect in PRICE mode | The item has no selling price set in PH POS | Add a price for the item in the active price list |
