Kitchen Order Ticket(KOT)

A Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) is sent to the kitchen so chefs know what to prepare. This is only used in Hotel/Restaurant Mode.

How to send a KOT:

  1. Add items to the cart as normal.
  2. Instead of checking out, tap Send to Kitchen (or KOT).
  3. The order is sent to the kitchen printer/display.
  4. New items added after can be sent again — only the new, unsent items will be included in the next KOT.

Note: Sending a KOT does NOT complete the sale. You still need to checkout when the customer is ready to pay.

Adding More Items After a KOT

Simply add more items to the cart and tap Send to Kitchen again. Only the new items (not yet sent) will be included.
