"POS Profile is required on Pump Island"

• Set POS Profile on the relevant Pump Island and save.

"No active fuel price found for this fuel grade"

• Activate a Fuel Price record containing that fuel grade.

"All islands must share the same POS Profile"

• Open shift with islands that share one POS Profile, or align profile assignments.

Nozzle remains in In Use

• Check for incomplete draft sale and complete or void according to policy.

Fleet sale is blocked

• Verify account status, vehicle authorization, fuel-grade rules, and credit availability.
