Troubleshooting quick guide

Issue: Return button is missing

• Cause: site is in Material Issue mode
• Fix: manager switches Transaction Mode to Material Transfer

Issue: Barcode cannot be added

• Check barcode exists and is active
• Check item linkage is correct
• Check available stock and warehouse context

Issue: Wrong store selected

• Use header Change and reset store before submitting

Issue: Report not visible in workspace

• Confirm role access and run site migrate after app updates

Issue: View opens wrong slip context

• Reopen from dashboard row and use its View action directly
