Slip history behavior on Material Issue page
When a slip already has previous transactions:
- In Issue Out, historical lines appear read-only
- In Return, pending lines are return-enabled
- New lines you add are separated from historical context
If no history exists, the table starts empty and waits for your first scan/search additions.
